Staffing Websites, Workforce Portals & Scheduling Systems
SHIFTS,TIMESHEETSAND PLACEMENTSIN SYNC
We build staffing company websites, workforce scheduling apps, client dashboards, and candidate portals.
Staffing runs on filling the next shift with the right person. Margin disappears when shifts are filled by phone, timesheets arrive on paper and clients have to call to learn who is coming tomorrow.
Where staffing firms lose shifts and margin
Five problems that are common in this industry, and what we build against each one.
Shifts filled by phone
Coordinators call down a list to cover each shift, and the best workers are taken by whoever reaches them first.
Shift scheduling
We build scheduling that offers shifts to qualified, available workers at once and fills them in the order you set.
Workers without a clear view
Workers learn about shifts, changes and pay by message, and mistakes become missed shifts.
Workforce apps
We build a worker app with offered and booked shifts, directions, check-in, timesheets and pay history.
Timesheets on paper
Hours are signed on paper, typed in again and disputed after the invoice goes out.
Timesheets and approvals
We build time capture with site check-in and client approval on a phone, feeding payroll and invoicing without re-keying.
Clients who must call to check
A site manager phones to ask who is coming, whether they are qualified and how many hours were used.
Client dashboards
We build a client dashboard to request staff, see who is booked, approve hours and review spend.
Compliance checked by memory
Right-to-work documents, certificates and training expire quietly, and are discovered when an audit asks.
Candidate portals
We build onboarding where workers upload documents and certificates, with expiry tracking that blocks booking when something lapses.
Everything we build for staffing
Design, engineering and AI in one team, so the website, the apps, the back office and the agents are made to work together.

AI agents for staffing
Shifts filled, workers reminded
Custom agents that work inside your own systems and channels, with clear limits and a person in charge of the decisions that matter.
Agents we build for staffing
Each agent is built around your own systems and rules, with a person in charge of the decisions that matter.
These are custom development services. Each agent's page says what it does, where it stops and what has been demonstrated so far. See all agent solutions
Start with the problem that costs you most.
Tell us how a shift is filled and approved today. We will show you which of those calls can become a notification.
What to bring
- How the process runs today, in a few lines
- The systems it has to connect to
- Who decides, and your timing
Questions that come up first
Can it connect to our payroll provider?
In most cases, through an API or a file format the provider accepts. Approved hours then flow to payroll and invoicing in one step. We confirm the format in scoping.
Can the rules for who gets offered a shift be ours?
Yes. Qualifications, distance, hours worked, client preferences and fairness rules are configurable, so the system fills shifts the way your coordinators would.
Does the worker app need a strong signal on site?
No. Check-in and timesheets can be recorded offline and sent when the phone reconnects, with the time and place of the original entry kept.
Fill tomorrow's shifts tonight.
Every engagement starts with a scoping conversation. It is free, structured, and useful whether or not we work together.
