Manufacturing Websites, ERP Tools & Factory Platforms
FROMSHOP FLOORTO SCREEN
We build manufacturing websites, ERP modules, production tracking systems, and quality workflow tools.

Shifts
Company sites, production dashboards and B2B ordering portals engineered for manufacturers that sell capacity and precision.
A factory is measured in output, yet much of the day is lost between systems: a planner's spreadsheet, a paper traveller, a quality form and an order book that dealers cannot see.
Where manufacturers lose output and orders
Five problems that are common in this industry, and what we build against each one.
Production tracked on paper
Job travellers and tally sheets are collected at the end of the shift, so nobody knows the real state of an order until tomorrow.
Production tracking
We build shop-floor screens and tablets for job start, stop, quantities and scrap, giving planners a live view of every order and work centre.
Stock that the system gets wrong
Counts in the ERP drift from what is on the shelf, and production stops for a part the screen says is there.
Inventory systems
We build scanning for receipts, moves and issues, with locations, lots and cycle counts that keep the record close to the shelf.
Quality records nobody can find
Inspection results sit in binders and spreadsheets. When a customer complains, tracing the batch takes days.
Quality workflows
We build digital inspections, non-conformance and corrective action workflows, with traceability from finished goods back to lot and operator.
Dealers ordering by phone and email
Distributors ask for price, stock and lead time one message at a time, and orders are typed in by your sales office.
Dealer portals
We build a portal for dealers with their prices, availability, order entry, order status and documents, connected to your ERP.
An ERP that almost fits
The standard system covers finance and stock, but your particular process lives in spreadsheets around it.
ERP modules and extensions
We build the missing modules beside your ERP, using its interfaces, so the special cases are in a system and not in someone's file.
Everything we build for manufacturing
Design, engineering and AI in one team, so the website, the apps, the back office and the agents are made to work together.

AI agents for manufacturing
Lines kept running, dealers answered
Custom agents that work inside your own systems and channels, with clear limits and a person in charge of the decisions that matter.
Agents we build for manufacturing
Each agent is built around your own systems and rules, with a person in charge of the decisions that matter.
These are custom development services. Each agent's page says what it does, where it stops and what has been demonstrated so far. See all agent solutions

Questions that come up first
Do you replace our ERP?
No. We build around it. Custom modules, shop-floor apps and portals read from and write to the ERP through its interfaces, so finance and master data stay where they are.
Can you connect to machines and existing shop-floor systems?
Often. Where machines or controllers expose data through standard industrial interfaces or an existing data collection layer, we can read counts and states. We assess this per line during scoping and do not assume a connection exists.
Will operators actually use it?
That is a design question, and we treat it as one. Screens are designed with operators at the line, with large targets, few steps and their own terms, and tested on a real shift before roll-out.
Know every order's true state.
Every engagement starts with a scoping conversation. It is free, structured, and useful whether or not we work together.
