E-commerce Platform Development
Storefronts builtto convert
We build custom and headless commerce platforms for retailers and B2B sellers whose catalog, pricing or checkout has outgrown a standard store, with storefront, back end and integrations engineered together.
We build commerce around how you actually sell, with pricing rules, inventory and checkout logic in code you own instead of plugin workarounds.
Commerce built for the way you sell
- 01Headless storefronts
- 02Custom checkout
- 03ERP integrations
This service covers commerce that a theme and a handful of apps cannot handle. We build headless storefronts on Shopify, Medusa or a custom back end, along with custom checkout flows, multi-store and multi-currency setups, subscription billing, B2B pricing and the integrations that keep stock, prices and orders in step with your ERP, product information and warehouse systems.
If a standard Shopify or WooCommerce store meets your needs, keep it, and we will tell you so. Custom engineering is worth it when business rules, catalog size, traffic peaks or back-office integration keep forcing workarounds. We start by mapping how orders, stock and money move through your business, then decide which parts to buy, which to configure and which to build.

What It Looks Like When It Ships
From Kickoff to Launch
We trace how products, prices, stock, orders, payments and returns move through your business and systems today. The result is an architecture decision about what to buy, configure and build.
We design storefront, cart, checkout and account areas alongside the data model and integration contracts, so the interface and the systems behind it are specified together before development starts.
Development runs in vertical slices, from browsing to paid order, each deployed to a staging store with test payments. Integrations are built against sandbox systems and verified with real product data.
We migrate products, customers and order history, set redirects to protect search rankings, load test the peak scenario, then cut over at a quiet time with monitoring and a rollback plan.
Built for Teams Like Yours
What buyers ask before they start
If yours is not here, ask us directly. The first conversation is free and useful whether or not we work together.
Book a callA standard store is the right answer for many businesses, and it costs far less to run. Custom or headless work pays off when you need pricing or checkout logic the platform does not allow, deep integration with back-office systems, several storefronts on one catalog, or front-end performance and design beyond what themes permit. We often keep Shopify as the engine and build around it.
Migration is planned as its own workstream. We script the transfer of products, customers, order history and content, run it repeatedly against staging and reconcile counts before the real cutover. For search, we map every old address to its new one with redirects and carry over metadata and structured data. Rankings can still fluctuate after any replatforming, so we monitor closely and fix issues quickly.
We design checkout so card details go directly from the shopper's browser to the payment provider through its hosted fields, and never touch your servers. That keeps your PCI DSS scope as small as possible. Around it we apply strict access control, secret management, webhook signature checks and audit logging. Your own compliance assessment remains yours, and we build to support it.
We design for the peak instead of the average. Catalog pages are cached at the edge, while cart, stock and checkout run on services that scale horizontally and protect inventory from overselling. Before launch and ahead of major events we run load tests that model your expected peak, find the bottleneck and fix it. Monitoring and alerts are set up so problems are seen early.
Anything with an API, file exchange or database we are permitted to reach. Common integrations are ERP and accounting systems, product information management, warehouse and shipping providers, tax services, email and customer data tools, and marketplaces. For older systems without an API we build scheduled imports and exports. Each integration gets its own error handling, retry logic and a log your team can inspect.
