SaaS Development Services
Multi-tenant products,built to scale
We build multi-tenant SaaS products for founders and software companies, with the tenant model, subscription billing, roles and onboarding designed in from the first commit, not bolted on later.
What we build
01Multi-tenant platforms
02Subscription billing
03Tenant admin tools
We settle tenancy, billing and permissions before the first feature, because those three decisions are the expensive ones to change once customers arrive.
A subscription product needs more than features
- 01Multi-tenant platforms
- 02Subscription billing
- 03Tenant admin tools
A SaaS product carries machinery that customers never see but always depend on, including tenant isolation, plans and metering, invitations and roles, audit logs, an internal admin console and safe ways to release changes. This service builds that machinery together with your core features, on Next.js, Node.js and PostgreSQL, so the product can sell to its first customer and still hold up for larger accounts.
It suits founders launching a new product, companies turning an internal tool or service into software they can sell, and teams whose single-tenant system has become painful to operate. We define the tenancy model, pricing mechanics and roles first, then deliver features in thin slices behind feature flags, with product analytics in place so you can see which ones customers use. For a live example, see our CashFish case study: a finance and CRM SaaS with Stripe subscriptions, where tenant isolation was verified at code level before launch.

What It Looks Like When It Ships
From Kickoff to Launch
We define who the tenant is, how plans and limits work, which roles exist and what must be isolated, and capture these in a data model before designing screens.
Authentication, workspaces, billing, the admin console, environments and the deployment pipeline are built first, giving every later feature the same tenancy, permission and entitlement checks to stand on.
The workflows customers pay for are delivered slice by slice behind feature flags, each with tests that prove one tenant cannot read or change the data of another.
We run a private beta with early accounts, fix what onboarding and billing reveal, open sign-ups, and then use product analytics and support feedback to plan the following releases.
Built for Teams Like Yours
What buyers ask before they start
If yours is not here, ask us directly. The first conversation is free and useful whether or not we work together.
Book a callIsolation is enforced in more than one layer. Every table carries a tenant identifier, PostgreSQL row-level security rejects queries outside the current tenant, and the application resolves that tenant from the session, never from user input. Automated tests attempt cross-tenant access on each release. For customers that require it, we can place a tenant in its own schema, database or region.
Our default is Stripe Billing, or Paddle when you want a merchant of record to handle sales tax and VAT for you. Both support flat plans, per-seat pricing and metered usage. The important work is on your side of the integration, where we record usage events reliably, map plans to entitlements in code and process webhooks idempotently so an invoice and the product stay in agreement.
Larger customers usually send a security questionnaire before they sign. They look for single sign-on through SAML or OpenID Connect, user provisioning with SCIM, granular roles, audit logs, data export, encryption and a clear data retention policy. We build these controls and design the system to support your SOC 2 or GDPR work, but the audit and attestation themselves remain between you and your auditor.
Four things move both: how many roles and workflows the first version covers, how complex billing is (flat plans are simpler than seats plus metered usage), which integrations and sign-on options your first customers need, and how strictly tenants must be isolated. We do not quote before these are known. After a free scoping call and a short discovery phase, the proposal states scope, timeline and cost per module, with running costs such as hosting and billing fees listed separately.
You own it. The source code, cloud accounts, billing provider account and documentation are in your name, built on open source technology any capable team can maintain. After launch you can run the product with your own engineers or keep us on for monitoring, fixes and new releases at a level agreed in advance. Releases stay safe either way: changes pass automated tests and staging, roll out gradually behind feature flags and can be reversed quickly.
