Custom CRM Development
EVERYRELATIONSHIP,ONERECORD
We build CRM systems around your actual sales process and customer data model, for companies whose pipeline, pricing or account structure no longer fits a packaged CRM without heavy customization.
We model your customers, deals and handoffs as they really are, so the CRM records the work instead of adding more of it.
A CRM shaped by how your team sells
- 01Custom sales pipelines
- 02Field sales apps
- 03Forecasting dashboards
A custom CRM stores your accounts, contacts, deals and activities in a model that matches your business, with pipeline stages, required fields, approvals and automation written for your process. We build the web application, an optional mobile app for field teams, integrations with email, calendar, telephony and finance tools, and the reports sales leaders use to forecast. Your data stays in a database you control.
For a standard sales motion, Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive is usually the sensible choice. Custom becomes worthwhile when your deals have unusual structures, when the CRM must drive operations after the sale, when per-seat fees are high for a large team, or when customizations have made the packaged tool fragile. We design with the reps who will use it, then pilot before full rollout. CashFish, a live finance and CRM product our team works on, is one example: its case study shows a sales pipeline running beside invoices and cash insights.

What It Looks Like When It Ships
From Kickoff to Launch
We interview reps, managers and operations, follow real deals from lead to invoice, and document stages, handoffs, data needs and the reports that leadership relies on today.
The data model, permissions and key screens are designed and prototyped, then tried by a few reps on realistic scenarios to confirm that logging a deal takes less effort than before.
We build the pipeline, automation and reports, connect email, calendar, telephony and finance systems, and run trial imports of your existing CRM data until the records reconcile with the source.
One team uses the CRM for live deals first, we adjust based on what they report, then migrate the final data, train everyone and retire the old system on a date we set together.
Built for Teams Like Yours
What buyers ask before they start
If yours is not here, ask us directly. The first conversation is free and useful whether or not we work together.
Book a callWhen the gap between your process and the product is permanent. Signs include deal structures the standard objects cannot hold, heavy custom code that breaks on upgrades, a need to run operations after the sale in the same system, strict rules about where data lives, or seat fees that outweigh a build for a large team. If your sales motion is conventional, stay with the packaged tool.
Yes. We export accounts, contacts, deals, activities, notes and attachments through the vendor's API or export files, clean duplicates and inconsistent values, and map each field to the new model with your sales operations lead. Imports are scripted and rehearsed several times, with counts and totals compared after each run. History such as stage changes and email threads is preserved where the source system exposes it.
Sales processes change, so the CRM is built to change with them. We make stages, fields, required information, assignment rules and email templates editable by your administrators through settings screens, without a developer. Larger changes, such as a new product line with its own pipeline or a new integration, are development work, and remain manageable because you hold the code and the data model is documented.
Yes, when reps work away from a desk. We build it in React Native so one codebase serves iOS and Android. It focuses on what matters in the field, the day's visits, account details, quick notes, photos, order entry and check-ins with location. Data is stored on the device and synchronized when signal returns, with conflict rules defined in advance so two people editing one account do not overwrite each other.
Adoption is decided by whether the CRM saves a rep time. We involve reps in the design, remove every field nobody uses, capture emails, calls and meetings automatically, and make the common actions quick on a phone. A pilot team works in it first and their objections are fixed before rollout. Managers then run pipeline reviews from the CRM itself, which gives everyone a reason to keep it current.
