Product Design Services
FROM FIRSTSKETCHTO SHIPPEDPRODUCT
We help founders and product leaders decide what to build, then design it, through discovery research, prototypes tested with users and a product direction your team can commit to.
We settle what the product must do for its users before deciding how it looks, and we test that answer with a prototype.
Decide what to build before building it
- 01Discovery research
- 02Validated prototypes
- 03Design roadmap
Product design is the work that happens before and around the screens. We research the people you are building for, define the jobs they need done, shape the information architecture and prototype the core experience. It covers strategy and interaction together, so the decisions about scope, priorities and structure are made by the same team that designs the result.
It is the right choice when the question is still open, whether that is a new product without a defined first version, an established one that has outgrown its original model, or a new audience your current structure was never meant for. We run discovery workshops, interview users, map journeys and put prototypes in front of people, then turn what we learn into a prioritized plan.

Worked Out on Screen, Before It Is Built
Four of the things you will see in the design file while the work is under way. Where a card says try it, the drawing responds to clicks.
Research synthesis
Interview notes turned into patterns, needs and opportunities you can act on.
Journey maps
Each user type followed from first contact to repeat use.
Prioritized roadmap
Features ordered by user value and effort, with a clear first release.
Concept prototypes
Competing directions tested with users before one is chosen.
From Kickoff to Launch
Workshops with your stakeholders and interviews with target users establish goals, constraints and unmet needs. We also review analytics, support data and competitors where they exist, and write up what we found.
We turn findings into job statements, journey maps and a prioritized scope. Together we agree on what the first release includes, what it leaves out and how success will be measured.
We prototype the core experience, often in more than one direction, and test it with real users. Each round ends with a decision about what to keep, change or drop.
The validated concept becomes core screens, a design language and a roadmap sequenced for engineering. From here the work can continue into detailed interface design and build with us or your team.
Built for Teams Like Yours
What buyers ask before they start
If yours is not here, ask us directly. The first conversation is free and useful whether or not we work together.
Book a callStart here when the open questions are about the product itself, such as who it is for, which problems it solves first, how it is structured and what belongs in the first release. Interface design assumes those answers exist. If your team keeps debating scope, or a previous build missed what users wanted, product design gives you tested answers before screens are drawn in detail.
It depends on your audience. For an existing product we usually recruit from your customer base and trial users with your help. For a new product we use recruiting panels, professional networks and communities where the target audience already gathers, screened against criteria we agree on with you. We tell you who took part and how they were selected, so findings can be weighed properly.
We work as an extension of it. Your product managers keep ownership of the roadmap while we add research capacity, facilitation and design depth for a specific initiative, such as a new product line or a redesign. We share raw findings, run workshops with your people in the room and document our reasoning, so the knowledge stays inside your team after we leave.
Everything produced. That includes the research recordings and notes, the synthesis, journey maps, the roadmap, all Figma files with the prototypes and core screens, and the design language guide. Files are transferred to your own workspace with full edit access. Nothing is locked to us, so your team or another partner can continue from exactly where the work stopped.
Yes. Strategy, design and engineering sit in one studio, so the designers who ran discovery stay involved while the product is built. Engineers join late discovery sessions to flag technical risk early, and the roadmap is sequenced with them. You can also stop after design and take the outputs to your own engineers. The proposal sets out each phase so you can decide step by step.
