Cloud Infrastructure Engineering
INFRASTRUCTUREAS CODE,NOT GUESSWORK
We design, build and migrate cloud infrastructure on AWS, Google Cloud and Azure for products in production, defined entirely in code so every environment can be reviewed, reproduced and recovered.

Start a projectIf a change to your infrastructure is not in version control, reviewed and reproducible, we do not consider it finished.
Cloud foundations you can rebuild from code
- 01Infrastructure as code
- 02Kubernetes clusters
- 03Observability and alerting
This service covers the platform your software runs on, including networks, compute, databases, storage, identity and the monitoring that tells you when something is wrong. It is the right choice when you are moving to the cloud, when an environment built by hand has become risky to touch, or when the bill keeps growing without a clear reason.
We choose the simplest architecture that meets your load, availability and compliance needs. A managed container service is often enough, and we recommend Kubernetes only when the workload justifies running it. Everything is written in Terraform or Pulumi, split into modules per environment, with least-privilege access, encrypted data, tested backups and a documented recovery procedure.

What It Looks Like When It Ships
From Kickoff to Launch
We review what runs today, how it is deployed, where data lives and what it costs. For a new product we collect load, availability and compliance requirements instead, then agree on the target architecture.
Accounts, networks, identity and shared services are written as code and applied to a non-production environment first. Your engineers review each plan before anything is created or changed.
Applications and databases move in stages, with data replicated ahead of each cutover and a rehearsed rollback path. Traffic shifts gradually so problems surface on a small share of requests first.
We run a restore test, a failover exercise and a security review, tune alerts against real traffic, and walk your team through the code, the runbooks and the recovery procedure.
Built for Teams Like Yours
What buyers ask before they start
If yours is not here, ask us directly. The first conversation is free and useful whether or not we work together.
Book a callFor most products the honest answer is the one your team already knows, because operating skill matters more than feature lists. AWS has the widest range of services, Google Cloud is strong for data and Kubernetes workloads, and Azure fits organizations already invested in Microsoft identity and licensing. We work across all of them and recommend a single provider unless you have a concrete reason for more.
Often not. Kubernetes earns its place when you run many services, need fine control over scaling and scheduling, or want one platform across providers. It also brings upgrades, networking and security work that someone has to own. For a handful of services, a managed option such as ECS, Cloud Run or App Service gives you containers and autoscaling with far less to operate. We size the platform to the team.
That is the aim, and we plan each migration around it. The new environment is built alongside the old one, data is replicated continuously, and traffic moves across in small steps with a tested path back. Some systems, such as a single large database with no replication support, may need a short maintenance window. We tell you which parts carry that risk before the plan is approved.
We build the controls auditors look for into the foundation, including separated accounts, least-privilege roles, encrypted storage, private networking, centralized audit logs and tested backups. That gives you infrastructure designed to support SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS or GDPR requirements. Compliance itself belongs to your organization and its auditor, so we document each control and where the evidence lives to make that process straightforward.
Your team can, and we prepare for that from the first commit. The code, state and cloud accounts are yours, and handover includes runbooks, architecture notes and a walkthrough of common operations such as scaling, restoring a backup and rotating credentials. If you would rather not operate it alone, ongoing support can be arranged as a separate engagement, with its scope set out in a proposal.
