Business Process Automation Services
ROUTINEWORK,RUN BYSOFTWARE
We automate the approvals, handoffs and data entry that slow your operations, building workflows that connect your existing systems and keep people involved where a decision needs judgment.
We automate a process only after we have watched it run, because the written procedure and the real one are rarely the same.
Routine work done by systems, judgment by people
- 01Workflow engines
- 02Approval flows
- 03Exception queues
Business process automation moves repetitive work from inboxes and spreadsheets into software that routes tasks, applies rules, fills in data and records what happened. We map the process, build the workflow and its screens, connect the systems involved and add a queue where exceptions wait for a person. The result is faster cycles with a clear trail of every step.
It suits processes that run often, follow rules most of the time and cross several teams or tools, such as onboarding, order handling, invoicing or compliance checks. Ready-made automation tools are fine for simple links between two applications. Custom work pays off when the logic is specific to your business, volumes are high or mistakes are costly.

What It Looks Like When It Ships
From Kickoff to Launch
We follow real cases from start to finish, count how many arrive, how long each step takes and where errors appear, then agree which process is worth automating first.
Rules, roles and exception paths are written in plain language and reviewed with the teams involved, so the automated version reflects how decisions are really made.
We implement the workflow, screens and integrations in short iterations, then replay past cases through the system to compare its results with what people actually decided at the time.
The automated process runs beside the manual one for an agreed set of cases. Once results match and the team trusts the queue, the manual path is switched off.
Built for Teams Like Yours
What buyers ask before they start
If yours is not here, ask us directly. The first conversation is free and useful whether or not we work together.
Book a callStart where volume is high, rules are clear and delays or errors have a visible cost. A process that runs many times a day with the same steps is a better first candidate than a rare one full of judgment calls. During discovery we score candidates on volume, rule clarity, system access and risk, then recommend an order with you.
No-code tools such as Zapier, Make or Power Automate are sensible for simple links between two applications. They struggle with complex rules, large volumes, long-running cases and strict audit needs. We will suggest them where they fit. Custom workflows are worth it when the process is central to operations and has to be dependable and observable.
They go to an exception queue. Each item arrives with the data collected so far, the rule that stopped it and the possible actions. A person decides, the decision is recorded and the case continues. We review exceptions with you regularly, because frequent ones often point to a rule that can be added to the automated path.
We use language models for tasks such as reading documents, classifying requests and drafting replies, and plain rules for decisions that must be predictable. Every model output is checked against validation rules, low confidence results go to a reviewer, and prompts and responses are logged. You decide which steps may complete without a person and which always need approval.
By testing it against history. We replay past cases through the workflow and compare each outcome with what your team decided at the time. Differences are discussed, and either the rule or the expectation is corrected. Then the system runs beside the manual process on live cases until both of us are satisfied with the results.
