Next.js Development Services
We build Next.js sites and applications for teams that need pages to rank, load quickly and stay editable, combining server rendering, static generation and a typed backend in one deployable codebase.
We decide page by page what renders on the server, what is cached and what runs in the browser, then measure the result.
Next.js when first load and search visibility matter
- 01Server-rendered applications
- 02Content-driven sites
- 03App Router migrations
Next.js adds a server to React. This service covers applications and content sites built on the App Router, with React Server Components, route handlers, caching and image optimization configured deliberately. We also connect the pieces around it, including a headless CMS, authentication, a database and analytics, so marketing pages, documentation and the signed-in product can live in one codebase and one deployment.
It is the right choice when anonymous visitors and search engines need complete HTML quickly, as with storefronts, marketplaces, publications and public product pages. For a tool used only after sign-in, a plain React app is often simpler. We map every route to a rendering mode, set caching and revalidation rules, and track Core Web Vitals from the first deploy so decisions rest on measurements.

What It Looks Like When It Ships
From Kickoff to Launch
We list every page type, its data sources, how often it changes and whether it must be indexed, then assign a rendering mode and caching rule to each before any code is written.
The content model is built in the CMS, the database schema and authentication are set up, and preview deployments are connected so every branch has its own shareable URL.
Templates and features are built against real content, with Lighthouse and field data checked on each release so layout shift, slow images or oversized client bundles are fixed as they appear.
We rehearse the switch on a staging domain, apply the redirect map, verify indexing signals and analytics, then monitor errors and search console reports closely once traffic moves over.

What buyers ask before they start
If yours is not here, ask us directly. The first conversation is free and useful whether or not we work together.
Book a callWhen nothing public needs to be rendered on the server. An internal tool or a dashboard behind a login gains little from server rendering and takes on extra hosting and caching complexity, so a React single-page app is usually the leaner option. Next.js also adds little if you already run a mature backend that renders HTML. We will tell you during scoping if it does not fit.
The default is the server. Components that only display data stay as Server Components and ship no JavaScript. A component moves to the client only when it needs state, effects or browser APIs, and we keep those boundaries as low in the tree as possible. For each route we then pick static generation, timed revalidation or dynamic rendering based on how fresh the data must be.
Yes, and it rarely needs a full rewrite. Existing components usually carry over as client components, while routing, data fetching and metadata move to Next.js conventions. We migrate one section at a time, often serving old and new routes side by side behind the same domain, and keep every public URL or redirect it. Pages Router projects can adopt the App Router incrementally in the same way.
No. Vercel is the most convenient host and we recommend it when its model suits you, but Next.js also runs as a Node.js server or a Docker container on AWS, Google Cloud or your own infrastructure, and on Cloudflare through an adapter. We choose hosting with you during scoping, based on data residency, existing cloud accounts, traffic patterns and how much operational control your team wants.
Technical SEO is built into the templates. Titles, descriptions, canonical tags, structured data and sitemaps are generated from content fields, and redirects are versioned with the code. For Core Web Vitals we size images and fonts to prevent layout shift, limit client JavaScript and third-party scripts, and watch field data after each release. We do not promise rankings, which depend on content and competition.
