Custom ERP Development
ORDERS, STOCKAND FINANCEIN ONE SYSTEM
We build ERP systems for companies whose operations do not fit a packaged product, joining orders, inventory, production, purchasing and finance in one application shaped around your process.

One operational system built around your process
- 01Operations modules
- 02Inventory control
- 03Finance integration
A custom ERP records and coordinates the core activity of a company, from quotation and order through purchasing, stock, production or service delivery to invoicing and reporting. We design the data model, build the modules your operation needs, connect accounting, commerce and shipping systems, and migrate the data that lives in spreadsheets and older tools today.
Packaged ERPs such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite or Odoo are the right answer for many companies, and we say so when they fit. Custom development makes sense when your process is your advantage and would be bent out of shape by a standard product, when licensing for a large team is heavy, or when you need a lean system beside your accounting package.

What It Looks Like When It Ships
From Kickoff to Launch
We trace real orders through every department, collect the spreadsheets and forms used along the way, and identify the rules, bottlenecks and data each team needs.
The data model and module map are designed, and releases are ordered so the first one replaces the most painful manual work while fitting with the tools that remain.
Each module is built, tested with the people who will use it and put into service before the next begins, with integrations and data migration handled as part of that release.
After each go-live we stay close to users, correct what daily work exposes and adjust reports, then continue with the next module on the agreed plan.
Built for Teams Like Yours
What buyers ask before they start
If yours is not here, ask us directly. The first conversation is free and useful whether or not we work together.
Book a callWhen the process that sets you apart cannot be configured in a standard product without heavy customization, when you need a small set of modules that fit exactly, or when per-user licensing outweighs the cost of owning software. If your operation is conventional, a packaged ERP is faster and safer, and we will recommend one.
Yes, and that is a common design. Accounting stays in QuickBooks, Xero, Sage or a similar product that your accountant knows, and the ERP manages operations. Invoices, payments, customers and items are synchronized through the accounting API with clear ownership of each record. A complete finance module is built only when you really need it.
No. We deliver module by module. A typical first release covers the area with the most manual effort, such as order processing or stock control, and works beside your existing tools. Further modules follow in an agreed order. This spreads the change for your team and lets each release prove its value before the next starts.
We inventory every source, agree which records are needed, and clean duplicates and inconsistencies with your team. Import scripts are run repeatedly on test environments until customers, items, stock levels and open orders reconcile with the originals. The final import happens at go-live with a stock count where physical quantities matter.
Anyone you choose. You own the source code, database and infrastructure configuration, written in widely used technologies with documentation and tests. Your internal developers or another supplier can take it on. Many companies keep us for a support and improvement arrangement, and that remains a choice, not a condition of the build.
