Startup MVP Development
We take funded founders from idea to a launched first product, handling product design, full-stack engineering and cloud setup in one team, with a scope cut to what you need to learn.
We cut the first version down to the one journey that tests your riskiest assumption, then build that journey properly so it can grow.
A first version real customers can use
- 01Scoped first release
- 02Clickable prototype
- 03Production codebase
An MVP is the smallest product that lets real customers do the one thing you promise, so you can learn whether they want it. We cover everything needed to get there, including scope definition, UX and interface design, a web or mobile application, authentication, payments where relevant, analytics and hosting. The code is production quality, because a successful MVP becomes the foundation of the company.
This is the right engagement when you have funding or revenue to commit, a clear customer problem and no engineering team yet, or a team too small to move at the speed you need. We work as your product and technical partner, challenge the feature list, prototype before building, and show working software at the end of every iteration so you can steer.

What It Looks Like When It Ships
From Kickoff to Launch
We work through customers, problem, assumptions and competitors with you, define the single core journey, and agree on a fixed scope with milestones before any design or code is produced.
Designers build a clickable prototype of the core journey and put it in front of target users, so confusing steps are fixed while changes still cost almost nothing.
Engineers deliver the product in short iterations, each ending with a demo on a live staging link, and you decide with us what to cut or keep as the launch approaches.
We release to your first users, watch analytics and support messages, fix what blocks them, and turn what you learn into a prioritized plan for the following release.
Built for Teams Like Yours
What buyers ask before they start
If yours is not here, ask us directly. The first conversation is free and useful whether or not we work together.
Book a callWe ask what you most need to learn, usually whether a specific customer will use or pay for a specific outcome, and keep only the features that journey requires. Everything else goes on a later list. Admin tasks can often be done by hand at first. The test for each feature is simple, would the launch teach you less without it. If not, it waits.
Both follow scope, and scope is the thing we control together. The number of user roles, platforms, integrations and the amount of design polish move the date and the budget. After the scoping consultation and a short definition phase, our proposal states a clear scope, timeline and cost before work starts. If you have a fixed date or budget, such as a demo day, we cut scope to fit it instead of rushing quality.
It should not, and we build to avoid that. The MVP is small in features, not in engineering standards. It uses a mainstream stack, a properly modeled relational database, typed code, automated tests on the critical paths and deployment from a pipeline. What we deliberately skip is infrastructure for scale you do not have yet. Parts will be reworked as the product evolves, which is normal, but the foundation carries forward.
Yes, this engagement is designed for founders without a technical co-founder. We make the architecture and tooling decisions, explain the trade-offs in plain language and document them, so you can answer an investor's technical questions with confidence. When you are ready to hire, we help define the role, take part in interviews if you wish and hand over to your first engineers with a proper walkthrough.
Sometimes, yes. If you only need to test demand, a landing page, a form and a no-code tool can do that cheaply, and we would encourage it. Custom code becomes the better choice when the product itself is the test, when it needs logic, integrations or performance those tools cannot provide, or when investors and enterprise buyers will examine the technology. We can also rebuild a no-code prototype that has proven demand.
