Restaurant Websites, Ordering Apps & Loyalty Systems
TABLESBOOKED,ORDERSFLOWING
We build restaurant websites, online ordering systems, kitchen dashboards, and loyalty apps.
Tables Beyond
Menus
Restaurant websites, reservations and ordering systems engineered for kitchens that want direct bookings and repeat guests.
A restaurant earns on full tables and repeat guests, yet the order, the booking and the guest's details often pass through platforms that charge for each one and keep the relationship.
Where restaurants lose covers and margin
Five problems that are common in this industry, and what we build against each one.
Orders that pay a commission
Delivery platforms bring orders but take a share of each one, and the guest who ordered stays their customer, not yours.
Ordering on your own site
We build online ordering under your own brand, with menus, modifiers, pickup and delivery slots and payment, so regular guests can order direct.
A phone that rings during service
Reservations, changes and questions arrive by phone at the busiest hour, when nobody has a free hand to answer.
A reservation system
We build booking with live table availability, deposits where you want them, confirmations and a waitlist, connected to the floor plan your hosts use.
A menu that is out of date
A printed menu or a file on the website shows dishes that are sold out and prices that have changed.
QR menus that stay current
We build digital menus edited in one place, with allergens, photos and availability that follow what the kitchen can serve today.
A kitchen run on paper tickets
Orders from the floor, the website and the delivery apps arrive on different printers and tablets, and timing depends on who is shouting.
A kitchen display
We build a kitchen screen that brings every order source into one queue, by station and by time promised, with clear status for the pass.
Guests who never hear from you
A guest enjoys the evening and leaves. Without their consent and contact, there is no way to invite them back for a quiet weekday.
A loyalty app
We build loyalty and guest profiles with visit history, rewards and offers, so marketing reaches people who have already chosen you.
Everything we build for restaurants
Design, engineering and AI in one team, so the website, the apps, the back office and the agents are made to work together.

AI agents for restaurants
Tables filled, orders taken
Custom agents that work inside your own systems and channels, with clear limits and a person in charge of the decisions that matter.
Agents we build for restaurants
Each agent is built around your own systems and rules, with a person in charge of the decisions that matter.
These are custom development services. Each agent's page says what it does, where it stops and what has been demonstrated so far. See all agent solutions
Start with the problem that costs you most.
Tell us how orders and bookings reach you today and which till system you use. We will show you what can go direct first.
What to bring
- How the process runs today, in a few lines
- The systems it has to connect to
- Who decides, and your timing
Questions that come up first
Can online ordering connect to our point of sale?
Usually yes, where the POS provider offers an integration or API. We confirm it for your exact system in scoping. Where it is not possible, orders reach the kitchen through a dedicated screen or printer instead.
Can we keep the delivery platforms and still sell direct?
Yes, and most restaurants that sell direct do. Direct ordering is built for guests who already know you, while the platforms keep bringing new ones. Where the platforms allow it, their orders can join the same kitchen queue.
Does this work for several locations?
Yes. Menus, prices, opening hours and availability can be managed per location or shared across the group, with reporting for each site and for the whole business.
Bring the regulars back direct.
Every engagement starts with a scoping conversation. It is free, structured, and useful whether or not we work together.
