Custom software is built for one organization and its specific way of working. We analyze the process, design the data model and screens around it, and deliver a platform that may include a web application, mobile tools for staff in the field, automation of repetitive steps and integrations with the accounting, ERP or communication systems you already depend on. You own the result outright.

Building makes sense when the process is a source of advantage, when packaged tools force workarounds, or when license fees grow faster than the value you get. If an existing product covers the need, we will say so. Otherwise we begin with a discovery phase, release a first usable module early, and expand it in stages so staff adopt the system gradually.

You receive the complete source code, documentation and access to all repositories, cloud accounts and environments, and the proposal sets out the transfer of intellectual property in the work we produce for you. We build on widely used open source technology instead of a proprietary framework of our own, so any capable team can maintain it. Third-party components are listed with their licenses for your legal review. After launch you can run the platform yourselves or retain us for support and further development on terms agreed in advance.

Honestly, we cannot until the process is understood, and anyone who quotes sooner is guessing. The free consultation establishes the outline and whether we are a fit. A discovery phase then produces requirements, a module plan and an architecture.
