System Integration Services

SYSTEMSTHAT SHAREONE TRUTH

We connect the applications your business runs on, building integrations between ERP, CRM, commerce, finance and operational systems so data moves once, correctly and with a record of what happened.

01Our Approach

An integration is only finished when someone can see that it failed, know why and run it again without calling a developer.

02Overview

Your systems exchanging data without retyping

  • 01API integrations
  • 02Data synchronization
  • 03Integration monitoring

System integration links separate applications so information entered in one appears where it is needed in the others. We analyze the data each system owns, design the flows between them, build the connectors and transformations, and add monitoring, retries and alerts. Typical work joins an online store to an ERP, a CRM to accounting, or operational tools to a reporting database.

It suits companies where staff copy data between screens, where reports disagree because systems hold different versions of the truth, or where a new tool must fit into an existing estate. Integration platforms work well for standard connections. We write custom integrations when volumes, data rules or the systems involved go beyond what a ready-made connector can do reliably.

03What We Do

Capabilities, End to End

01
Integration architecture

We decide which system owns each kind of record, how changes flow, and whether a direct link, a message queue or a central hub suits your estate.

02
API connectors

Connectors are built against REST, GraphQL and SOAP interfaces with authentication, paging, rate limits and versioning handled so the link survives vendor updates.

03
Data mapping

Fields, formats, units and identifiers are translated between systems under documented rules, including what to do when a value is missing or invalid.

04
Event-driven sync

Webhooks and message queues carry changes as they happen, with ordering, duplicate protection and replay so no update is applied twice or lost.

05
Legacy and file exchange

Where no API exists we integrate through databases, SFTP files, EDI messages or screen automation, wrapped in the same checks and logging as modern links.

06
Monitoring and recovery

A dashboard shows every flow, its volumes and failures, with alerts and a way for operations staff to inspect and resend individual records.

06How It Runs

From Kickoff to Launch

01
Inventory the estate
02
Design the flows
03
Build and test
04
Launch and observe
01
Inventory the estate

We list the systems, the data each one holds, the interfaces they offer and the manual transfers happening today, then rank the connections by the effort and errors they would remove.

02
Design the flows

For each connection we define the owner of the record, the direction and timing of updates, the field mapping and the behavior on conflict, and review it with the people who use the data.

03
Build and test

Connectors are developed against sandbox accounts, run with copies of real data and tested for the awkward cases, such as duplicates, partial failures and records changed on both sides.

04
Launch and observe

Flows are switched on one at a time with close monitoring. We compare records between systems for an agreed period and hand over the dashboard and runbook to your operations team.

08Who It Is For

Built for Teams Like Yours

FLAGSHIP
The same data is typed into several systems

Orders are copied from the store into the ERP, customers are created twice and closing the books means reconciling spreadsheets. When a transfer fails, nobody notices until a customer complains. You want dependable links between systems and a clear view of what moved and what did not.

CRM and accounting alignment

09Questions

What buyers ask before they start

If yours is not here, ask us directly. The first conversation is free and useful whether or not we work together.

Platforms such as Zapier, Make, Workato or MuleSoft are quick for common connections and modest volumes. Custom integrations give more control over complex mapping, high volumes, error handling and cost at scale. Many companies use both. We recommend the simplest option that will stay reliable for each connection and say when a ready-made connector is enough.

Messages wait in a queue and are delivered when the system returns, in the right order and without duplicates. If a record is rejected, it moves to an error list with the reason attached, and the rest continue. Alerts tell your team, who can correct and resend it from the dashboard. Nothing disappears silently.

Usually, yes. Options include reading and writing the database directly, exchanging files over SFTP, using EDI, or as a last resort automating the user interface. Each has risks, which we explain. Where the old system will be replaced later, we place the integration behind a stable interface so the replacement does not break everything connected to it.

We agree on one owner for each type of record. Customers might belong to the CRM, prices to the ERP and payments to accounting. Other systems receive copies and send change requests back to the owner. Where two systems can legitimately edit the same field, we define an explicit rule for conflicts and log every case it resolves.

Your operations or IT team can, using the dashboard, alerts and runbook we provide. The code is in your repositories with tests and documentation, so your developers or another supplier can change it. We also offer ongoing support for teams that prefer us to watch the flows and adapt them when a vendor changes an API.
