Dental Websites, Patient Apps & Booking Platforms
BOOKINGSTHAT FILLTHECHAIR
We build dental websites, booking systems, treatment plan portals, and before/after galleries for dental practices.
Smiles Beyond
Appointments
Clinic sites, online booking and treatment-plan portals engineered for dental practices that compete on trust and convenience.
A dental practice fills its chairs one appointment at a time. Empty slots, missed visits and treatment plans that are never accepted are where the day's revenue quietly goes.
Where dental clinics lose chair time
Five problems that are common in this industry, and what we build against each one.
Booking only by phone
Patients think of the dentist in the evening, when the front desk is closed. By morning the intention has passed.
Online appointment booking
We build booking that shows real availability by treatment type and dentist, takes new patient details in advance and writes to your practice calendar.
Appointments that are missed
A forgotten check-up leaves a chair empty that cannot be offered to anyone else at short notice.
Patient reminders
We build reminders by message and email with one-tap confirm or reschedule, and a waitlist that offers freed slots to patients who want them sooner.
Treatment plans left undecided
A patient leaves with a printed estimate, hesitates over the cost and never calls back to start the treatment.
A treatment plan portal
We build a portal where the patient sees the plan, the stages, the costs and the payment options, and can accept and book the first step online.
Results that stay in the chair
The quality of the clinic's work is its best argument, but it is not visible to someone comparing practices online.
Before and after galleries
We design a website with consented case galleries, treatment pages that answer real questions and a clear path to a consultation.
Payments chased by hand
Deposits, instalments and outstanding balances are tracked in a spreadsheet and followed up by a receptionist with other work to do.
Payment flows
We build deposits at booking, instalment schedules and payment links, with the status of each plan visible to the front desk.
Everything we build for dental clinics
Design, engineering and AI in one team, so the website, the apps, the back office and the agents are made to work together.

AI agents for dental clinics
Chairs filled, patients reminded
Custom agents that work inside your own systems and channels, with clear limits and a person in charge of the decisions that matter.
Agents we build for dental clinics
Each agent is built around your own systems and rules, with a person in charge of the decisions that matter.
These are custom development services. Each agent's page says what it does, where it stops and what has been demonstrated so far. See all agent solutions
Start with the problem that costs you most.
Tell us how patients book today and which practice software you run. We will show you which step to build first.
What to bring
- How the process runs today, in a few lines
- The systems it has to connect to
- Who decides, and your timing
Questions that come up first
Can booking connect to our practice management software?
In many cases yes, when the software offers an API or a calendar connection. We check your exact system during scoping. If a direct link is not available, we agree a simple routine that keeps one calendar as the source of truth.
How is patient data protected?
Patient data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited by role, and consent is recorded for reminders and for any clinical images shown. Hosting region and retention periods are agreed with you to match the rules that apply to your practice.
Can patients fill in forms before they arrive?
Yes. Medical history, consent and new patient forms can be completed on the patient's phone before the visit, and arrive attached to the right appointment.
Fill the chair, keep the patient.
Every engagement starts with a scoping conversation. It is free, structured, and useful whether or not we work together.
