Insurance Websites, Portals & Claims Platforms
POLICIESAND CLAIMSWITHOUTTHE PAPERWORK
We build policy portals, claims systems, quote engines, and renewal automation for insurance companies.
Cover Beyond
Paperwork
Quote flows, claims portals and broker sites engineered for insurers that want policies bought and claims filed without a phone call.
Insurance is bought in a moment and judged at the claim. Customers leave when a quote takes days, when a claim disappears into silence, and when renewal arrives as a surprise.
Where insurers lose policies and trust
Five problems that are common in this industry, and what we build against each one.
Quotes that take days
A prospect asks for a price, waits for an email and buys from the insurer that answered at once.
A quote engine
We build quote and buy journeys on your rating rules, with instant prices for standard risks and a referral path for the ones that need an underwriter.
Claims that go quiet
After the first notice of loss the customer hears nothing, calls repeatedly, and each call costs the claims team time.
A claims system
We build claims intake with photos and documents, a status timeline the customer can follow, and task queues for handlers and assessors.
Policies managed by phone and post
To change an address, add a driver or download a certificate the customer has to call, and staff re-key the change.
Policy portals and apps
We build self-service for documents, changes, payments and renewals, connected to your policy administration system.
Brokers working blind
Brokers send submissions by email and chase for answers, with no view of pipeline, commissions or renewals due.
Broker dashboards
We build a broker portal for submissions, quotes, bound policies, commission statements and renewal lists.
Renewals lost by default
The renewal notice goes out late and unchanged, the customer compares prices and leaves without a conversation.
Renewal automation
We build renewal workflows with early reminders, pre-filled changes, offers within your rules and tasks for retention teams.
Everything we build for insurance
Design, engineering and AI in one team, so the website, the apps, the back office and the agents are made to work together.

AI agents for insurance
Claims opened, renewals kept
Custom agents that work inside your own systems and channels, with clear limits and a person in charge of the decisions that matter.
Agents we build for insurance
Each agent is built around your own systems and rules, with a person in charge of the decisions that matter.
These are custom development services. Each agent's page says what it does, where it stops and what has been demonstrated so far. See all agent solutions
Bring one of these to a call.
Tell us whether quotes, claims or renewals hurt most, and which policy system you run. We will outline the first journey to build.

- The systems it touches

Questions that come up first
Can this connect to our policy administration system?
In most cases, through its API, a service layer or scheduled exchange. We review what your system exposes during scoping and design the integration with your technology team, including what happens when the system is unavailable.
Can pricing rules stay under our control?
Yes. Rating tables, underwriting rules and referral limits are held in a rules area your team maintains, with versioning and approval, so prices change without a development release.
Do you build for brokers and direct customers at once?
Yes. Both can run on the same policy and claims data, each with its own journeys and permissions, so a broker and a customer see the same policy from their own side.
Be the insurer that answers.
Every engagement starts with a scoping conversation. It is free, structured, and useful whether or not we work together.
