Web Application Development Services
WEB APPSTHAT WORK LIKEDESKTOP SOFTWARE
We design and build custom web applications, from customer portals to internal operations tools, covering the interface, the API, the database and the cloud setup they run on.
We start from the workflow people need to complete, then build the smallest application that handles it securely, quickly and on any device.
Software your users open in a browser tab
- 01Customer portals
- 02Internal business tools
- 03Data-heavy applications
A web application is software delivered through the browser, with accounts, permissions, business rules and data behind it. This service takes one from requirements to production, including product design, a React or Next.js interface, a Node.js API, a PostgreSQL database, authentication, background jobs and deployment. One team owns all of it, so decisions about the interface and the data model are made together.
A web application makes sense when people need to reach the same system from any device without installing anything, and when you want to release changes to everyone at once. We begin by mapping roles, core workflows and integrations, turn those into a clickable prototype, and then build in short iterations with a working staging environment you can test throughout the project.

What It Looks Like When It Ships
From Kickoff to Launch
We interview the people who will use the application, document roles, workflows, data and integrations, and agree on a prioritized scope with what is in the first release and what follows.
Key screens are prototyped and tested while engineers define the data model, API boundaries and hosting, so the visual design and the technical plan are approved side by side.
Features are built end to end in priority order and released to staging at the end of each iteration, where you review working software and adjust priorities for the next one.
After security, load and acceptance testing we migrate any existing data, release to production, monitor the first real usage closely and stay available for fixes and the next round of features.
Built for Teams Like Yours
What buyers ask before they start
If yours is not here, ask us directly. The first conversation is free and useful whether or not we work together.
Book a callStart with a web application when people use the product at a desk, when you need to reach everyone through a link, or when frequent releases matter. Go native when the product depends on the camera, sensors, offline use or push notifications as its core. A responsive web app, optionally installable as a progressive web app, often covers the first version and shares its API with a later mobile app.
Security is designed in from the data model up. Permissions are enforced on the server for every request, input is validated, secrets stay in a managed vault and data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow the OWASP Top Ten as a checklist, scan dependencies in the pipeline and log sensitive actions. Before launch the application gets a security review, and we fix the findings of any penetration test you commission.
Yes, both are part of the definition of done. Layouts are designed for phone, tablet and desktop widths from the first prototype. We build to WCAG AA criteria, with semantic markup, keyboard support, sufficient contrast and screen reader testing, and run automated checks in the pipeline. Each release is tested on current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, including mobile Safari and Android Chrome.
You receive the complete source code, documentation and access to every repository and environment, so you are free to run it with your own team. You can keep us on for monitoring, fixes and planned improvements, since real usage tends to reveal new priorities. We agree on the level of ongoing support in advance, and nothing about the handoff ties you to us.
All three depend on how many roles, workflows and integrations the application has, so we do not quote before understanding them. The free scoping consultation gives us the outline. A short discovery phase then turns it into a prioritized feature list and architecture. The proposal you receive states scope, timeline and cost before any build work starts, and changes after that are approved in writing.
