AI Email Campaign Agent Development

Campaigns prepared, consent checked

An agent that prepares an email campaign up to the point of sending.

Area of workMarketing and social media
Status todayA proposed workflow that we build to order. Nothing is running yet.
How it is builtCustom development around your own systems, with a named person behind every decision the agent does not take.

An agent that prepares an email campaign up to the point of sending. It builds the segment from contacts who consented, drafts subject lines and body in your voice, checks links and claims, and hands a scheduled campaign to a named person for approval.

An email campaign has one irreversible step, and it comes last. Before it, someone builds a segment by hand, forgets an exclusion, writes the copy the evening before and tests it on one device. After it, a broken link or a message to people who had unsubscribed cannot be recalled. The preparation deserves more care than it usually gets, and most of it is checkable.

This page describes a workflow we propose to build as a custom project. It does not exist as software yet. It would reuse the consent screening, drafting, claim checks and approval steps that run in our outreach preparation and social media demonstrations on test data. Segment building, campaign assembly and the connection to an email platform are not built.

02Today

Where the Time Goes Now

01

Segments built by hand

An exclusion is forgotten and the wrong group receives the offer.

02

Sending to people who opted out

An old list is imported without the unsubscribe records.

03

Copy written the night before

Nobody had time to check the claims or the links.

04

Broken at the last step

A link leads to a page that does not exist yet.

05

Too many emails

Three teams each send to the same people in one week.

06

Results read generously

Opens are reported as interest.

03Workflow

One Case, Start to Finish

An example of one case, in 6 steps. The same steps play in the picture at the top of this page.

01

Campaign requested

Marketing asks for an announcement of a new service to existing customers.

02

Segment built

Customers who consented to marketing email are selected, minus anyone mailed this week.

03

Draft written

Two subject lines and a body in your template are drafted around one action.

04

Checks run

One link points to a page that is not published yet. The campaign is flagged.

05

Approved

With the page live, the marketer reviews the test email and approves the schedule.

06

Results reported

The report shows delivery, clicks and unsubscribes, with enquiries listed separately.

What We Need to Scope This

  1. The process as it runs today, in a few lines.
  2. The systems it touches, for example email platform, contacts, consent, templates.
  3. Rough monthly volume, and who approves what.

05Operating boundaries

Everything Is Checked Before the One Step That Cannot Be Undone

The agent treats sending as the point of no return. Before it, the audience is built only from people who consented, every claim and link is checked, and your frequency limit is applied. Then a named person approves the schedule.

Email marketing law differs by country, and consent is yours to collect and prove. The agent uses the records you hold and keeps the trail of how each audience was built.

  • Audience from consent records
  • Unsubscribes always excluded
  • Claims and links checked
  • Your frequency limit enforced
  • Named approval before sending
  • Results reported plainly

07Questions

What Buyers Ask First

Does it send campaigns on its own?

No. It prepares the campaign and proposes a schedule. A named person approves, and your email platform sends. The approval is recorded with the audience and the exact content that was approved.

How is this different from the AI SDR and outreach agent?

Outreach prepares individual messages to people who have no relationship with you, where provenance is the main risk. Campaigns go to many people who already agreed to hear from you, where the main risks are the segment and the single send.

How is this different from the customer reactivation agent?

Reactivation decides who has lapsed and whether there is a reason to write to each. This agent takes a campaign you have already decided on and prepares it properly. A reactivation run can hand its approved list to this agent for sending.

What exists today?

Not as software yet. This page describes a proposed workflow. It would reuse the consent screening, drafting, claim checks and approval steps that run in our outreach preparation and social media demonstrations on test data. Segment building, campaign assembly and the connection to an email platform are not built. A project starts by mapping your process, then proving the first steps on test data before anything touches a live system.
