WhatsApp Booking Integration
Every booking,confirmed and remembered
We connect your booking system to the WhatsApp Business Platform, so customers can book, confirm, move or cancel an appointment in a chat, and every change lands in the calendar your staff already use.
An appointment made by message is only real when it sits in the calendar, with the right service, the right person and no double booking.
Appointments booked and managed in a chat
- 01Bookings by chat
- 02Reminders confirmed
- 03Calendar kept true
WhatsApp booking integration lets a customer arrange an appointment by messaging your business number. A guided conversation offers services and free times read from your booking system, takes the choice and writes the appointment back. Reminders go out as approved templates with buttons to confirm, reschedule or cancel. Each reply updates the calendar at once. We build on Meta's Cloud API and the interface of the booking system you run.
It suits clinics, salons, service centres and any business where customers already ask for appointments by message and staff type them in by hand. The platform has rules that shape the design. Reminders are business-initiated, so they need an approved template and the customer's agreement, and Meta charges for them. Anything sensitive, such as a medical detail, stays out of the chat and inside your own system.

From Kickoff to Launch
We watch how appointments are requested and entered today, list the services and rules that make a slot valid, and agree which requests the chat handles and which go to a person.
The booking system's interface is tested for reading availability and writing appointments, and your business number is registered on the platform with templates submitted for approval.
Booking, reminders, rescheduling and handover are built and tested against a copy of your calendar, including two customers choosing the same slot and a branch that closes early.
The flow starts with one branch or one service, reception keeps watching the conversations, and wording and rules are adjusted before every other location is added.
Built for Teams Like Yours
What buyers ask before they start
If yours is not here, ask us directly. The first conversation is free and useful whether or not we work together.
Book a callYes, when your booking system offers an interface for reading free times and creating appointments, which we test before anything else. The chat reads availability live and writes the appointment at the moment the customer confirms. Where a system has no interface, we can hold requests for reception to accept, though that removes much of the benefit and we say so plainly.
The appointment is created in your booking system, which remains the single authority, and the slot is checked again at the instant of confirmation. If another customer or a receptionist took it a moment earlier, the chat apologizes and offers the nearest free times. Nothing is confirmed to the customer until the booking system has accepted it.
They are, as approved template messages sent to customers who opted in. Meta's documentation places such reminders in a utility category and charges per delivered message at rates that vary by country. We keep reminders factual, since a template that reads as promotion can be recategorized or rejected, and we report what each one costs.
For arranging the time, yes, with care. The chat should carry no clinical information, and what counts as health data in a message differs between countries. We limit messages to the appointment itself, keep details inside your own system and review the wording and consent with your data protection adviser before a clinic goes live.
Of course. The chat is one more door into the same calendar, beside the phone, your website and the front desk. Because every channel writes to one booking system, availability stays correct whichever a customer uses. Many businesses find that messaging takes the routine bookings and leaves the phone for conversations that need a person.
