Booking System Development
EVERYSLOT,BOOKEDONCE
We build booking and scheduling systems that show real availability, take payment, send reminders and let customers reschedule or cancel on their own, with a calendar your staff can run the day from.
A booking system succeeds or fails on its edge cases, such as the double booking, the changed time zone and the cancellation at the last minute.
Scheduling that matches how you operate
- 01Live availability
- 02Payments and deposits
- 03Self-service changes
A custom booking system lets customers reserve time, places or resources online under your rules. We model what can be booked, such as staff, rooms, vehicles or classes, calculate availability in real time, take deposits or full payment, send confirmations and reminders, and give your team an administrative view to manage the schedule.
It suits businesses whose rules do not fit an off-the-shelf scheduler, for example several resources that must be free together, variable durations, group capacity, approvals or pricing that changes by time. For simple appointment needs a ready-made tool is usually enough, and we will say so. Custom work pays when the booking is the core of the service.

What It Looks Like When It Ships
From Kickoff to Launch
We document what can be booked, by whom, for how long and at what price, and collect the awkward cases your staff handle by hand today, since those shape the design most.
The customer flow and the staff calendar are prototyped together and tested against real scenarios from your business, including changes, cancellations and days when someone calls in sick.
The availability engine is built first and tested hard for conflicts, then connected to payments, messaging, staff calendars and whichever systems hold your customers and services today.
One location or service goes live first while staff use the new calendar beside their old method. Problems are fixed quickly and the remaining locations follow when the first runs smoothly.

What buyers ask before they start
If yours is not here, ask us directly. The first conversation is free and useful whether or not we work together.
Book a callWhen the rules of your service do not fit ready-made tools, or when booking is central enough that its design affects revenue. Signs include resources that must be free together, complex pricing, group capacity, approvals, several locations or a need to connect deeply with other systems. For straightforward appointments, an existing scheduler costs far less and we recommend it without hesitation.
Availability is calculated on the server from one source of truth, and a slot is held the moment a customer selects it. Confirmation happens inside a database transaction that fails cleanly if another booking arrived first. Bookings made by staff, online or through a connected calendar all pass through the same check. We test this with many simultaneous attempts on the same time.
Each appointment is stored as one exact moment and displayed in the viewer's local time, with the zone named in confirmations so there is no doubt. Daylight saving changes are handled by the platform's time zone data and not by fixed offsets. For services delivered at a physical place, the location's own time is always shown alongside.
Yes, within the policy you define. A link in the confirmation lets them move or cancel the booking up to a cut-off you choose. Refunds or forfeited deposits are applied automatically according to that policy, the slot is released and anyone on a waiting list can be offered it. Staff retain the ability to override the rules for individual cases.
It can synchronize with Google and Microsoft calendars in both directions, so personal commitments block availability and new bookings appear where staff already look. The booking system remains the authority on what can be sold. It can also connect to your CRM, point of sale or accounting system, so customer records and payments are not entered twice.
