POS ERP Integration
We connect the tills in your shops or restaurants to your ERP, so sales reduce stock as they happen, price changes reach every till and the day's takings reconcile without a spreadsheet in between.
What sells at the till should reduce stock, post revenue and trigger a reorder without anyone typing the day's figures into another system.
Your tills and your ERP sharing one truth
- 01Sales posted daily
- 02Stock kept right
- 03Takings reconciled
POS ERP integration links the point-of-sale system in your branches to the ERP that runs purchasing, stock and finance. Items, prices and promotions travel from the ERP to every till. Sales, refunds, discounts and payments travel back, by transaction or as a summary per shift. Stock is reduced at the right location and takings are posted to the right accounts. A daily reconciliation compares both sides and reports any difference.
It suits retailers and restaurant groups whose managers export a sales report each night and key it into the ERP. The work is rarely about moving data, which is simple. It is about decisions. Which system may change a price, how a refund reaches stock, how tips, vouchers and split payments are posted, and what a till does when its connection drops. We settle those first.

What It Looks Like When It Ships
From Kickoff to Launch
We follow a trading day from opening float to bank deposit with a branch manager and your accountant, and list every figure that is typed from one system into another.
Ownership of items and prices, the level of detail finance needs, tax treatment and the handling of refunds, vouchers and tips are decided and signed off before design.
The connection is built and run beside the manual process for one branch, and each day's results are compared until they agree to the last unit of currency.
Remaining branches are added in groups, managers stop the nightly export once their branch has matched for an agreed period, and exceptions are reviewed with finance.
Built for Teams Like Yours
What buyers ask before they start
If yours is not here, ask us directly. The first conversation is free and useful whether or not we work together.
Book a callAn interface makes the work cleaner, and most current systems offer one, sometimes on a higher plan or through a partner programme. Where a system has only scheduled exports, an integration can still be built on those files, with data that is as fresh as the export. We check what your system and plan provide before estimating, since this single fact shapes the design.
It depends on what finance and operations need. Individual transactions give full traceability and suit stock control by item, at the cost of volume in the ERP. Shift or daily summaries by product, tax and payment type are lighter and enough for many retailers. A common arrangement posts stock movements in detail and revenue as a summary, and we agree it with your accountant.
The tills should keep trading, which depends on the point-of-sale system itself. The integration then receives the stored transactions when the connection returns and applies them in their original order. Each carries an identifier, so a transaction sent twice is recognized and posted once. The daily control report shows any branch whose figures have not yet arrived.
Tax rates and codes are mapped item by item, and invoices or receipts follow whatever your point-of-sale system produces to meet local rules. Requirements for fiscal devices, electronic invoicing and reporting differ by country and change over time. Your accountant confirms what applies, and we build the postings and exports to those confirmed requirements instead of assuming them.
Yes, and for a business with shops and a web store it is usually the goal. Once tills and the store both report to the ERP promptly, it can hold one stock figure per location and publish what is available online. Shop stock is less reliable than warehouse stock, so we add a safety margin and a quick way to correct counts.
