The main workflow, step by step
Follow one delivery round here, from the morning's orders to the evening's results. Tap a step to see its screen. The merchant, the driver and the addresses are invented for the demonstration.
Route builder
Today, afternoon waveRoutes ready| Route | Stops | Load |
|---|---|---|
| East districts | Thirty-one | Van nearly full |
| Centre | Twenty-four | Cargo bike |
| North suburbs | Nineteen | Van, room left |
Off the pathAn address the system cannot place on the map is held back for correction instead of being sent out on a guess.
Load check
East districtsOne parcel missing| Check | Result |
|---|---|
| Parcels scanned | Thirty of thirty-one |
| Loading order | Last stop first |
| Missing parcel | Reported to dispatcher |
Off the pathA parcel missing at loading is removed from the route and its recipient is told about the new date before the van leaves.

Round summary
East districtsTwo to rebook| Outcome | Count |

| Delivered first time | Twenty-seven |
| Left at pickup point | One |
| Failed, to rebook | Two |
Off the pathFailed deliveries are placed on tomorrow's list with their reason, and the recipient is asked to choose a new slot.
Who uses it, and what each role can do
Four parties share each delivery: the business that sold the goods, the people who plan, the driver and the person waiting at home. Each gets a purpose-built view.
| Role | Sees | Can do |
|---|---|---|
| Merchant or sender | Their orders and delivery status | Create deliveries, set rules and see results |
| Dispatcher | All orders, routes, drivers and exceptions | Build routes, reassign and resolve problems |
| Driver | Their route, stops and parcels | Scan, navigate, deliver, capture proof and report |
| Recipient | Their own delivery, through a link | Track, leave instructions and reschedule |
| Customer service | Any delivery with its full timeline | Answer enquiries and arrange a redelivery |
| Operations manager | First-time delivery rate, cost per drop and punctuality | Tune zones, capacity and rules |
When the work leaves the usual path
Home delivery fails in a handful of repeated ways. A platform earns its keep by turning each of them into a rule instead of a phone call.
| Situation | What the system does | Who decides |
|---|---|---|
| Address cannot be located | Holds the order for correction | Dispatcher |
| Parcel missing at loading | Removes the stop and informs the recipient | Dispatcher |
| Recipient not at home | Applies the parcel's rule and records the reason | Driver |
| Driver running late | Updates every affected recipient's window | No one, it is automatic |
| Recipient asks to move the day | Offers the slots the route plan can support | Recipient |
| Parcel damaged or refused | Creates a return with photos | Customer service |
What it connects to
Deliveries begin in a shop system and end in a customer's inbox. The platform connects the two and the fleet in between.
| System | What moves | Direction |
|---|---|---|
| Ecommerce or order system | Orders to deliver and status updates back | Both ways |
| Warehouse or store system | Parcels packed and ready for a wave | Into the platform |
| Maps and routing | Geocoding, travel times and navigation | Into the platform |
| Text, email and WhatsApp | Tracking links and delivery notices | Out of the platform |
| Payments | Cash or card on delivery, where offered | Both ways |
| Partner couriers | Overflow handed to outside carriers | Both ways |

What to do next
Tell us how many deliveries you make a day, with what fleet, and where they fail. We respond with the first version we would build for one zone and a proposal. Start a conversation or book a 30-minute call.
Common questions
Is this for couriers or for retailers?
Both use it, differently. A courier serves many senders and needs merchant accounts, pricing and billing. A retailer or restaurant group delivering its own orders needs tight connection to its shop system and brand on the tracking page. We establish which you are first. The driver app and routing are similar, while the commercial layer around them is not.
How are routes calculated?
From the addresses, time windows, parcel sizes and vehicle capacities, using a routing engine for travel times and stop order. The dispatcher can move stops, lock a sequence or split a route, since local knowledge often beats the calculation. Routes are recalculated when the day changes. We choose the routing service with you, as cost and quality vary by country.
What does the recipient see?
A page opened from a text or WhatsApp message, with no app to install. It shows the delivery window, narrows it as the driver approaches and shows the driver's progress when close. The recipient can leave an instruction or ask for another day, within the rules the sender allows. After the drop they receive the proof, such as a photo of where it was left.
Can drivers use their own phones?
Yes, that is the usual arrangement. The app runs on current iPhone and Android devices, works through patches of poor signal and keeps battery use reasonable with background location only while a route is active. For self-employed drivers, access is limited to their own route and ends with it. Dedicated scanners are supported where volumes justify them.
