WhatsApp Ecommerce Integration
ORDERS,CONFIRMEDIN THECHAT
We connect your online store to the WhatsApp Business Platform, so customers receive order confirmations, delivery updates and answers on the app they already use, with every message tied to its order.
A shopper who asks where the parcel is on WhatsApp should get the answer from the order itself, without an agent searching three screens.
Your store and WhatsApp working as one
- 01Order updates sent
- 02Baskets recovered
- 03Support on orders
WhatsApp ecommerce integration links your store to a business number on the WhatsApp Business Platform. When an order is placed, paid, shipped or delivered, the store triggers an approved template message to the customer. Incoming questions are matched to the customer and their orders, so an agent or an automated reply can answer with real status. We build on Meta's Cloud API and the events your store platform provides.
It suits stores in markets where customers prefer messaging to email. The platform sets the rules. Business-initiated messages need an approved template and the customer's opt-in, and Meta charges for them by category. Free replies are allowed only for a limited time after the customer writes. We design every flow inside those rules and record consent at checkout, so that marketing messages reach only people who asked for them.

What It Looks Like When It Ships
From Kickoff to Launch
We list the points in an order where a message helps the customer, decide which are worth a paid template, and agree who answers replies and during which hours.
Your business is verified with Meta, the number is registered on the platform and templates are written and submitted for approval in each language your customers use.
Store events, consent, sending, replies and order lookup are built and tested with a test number, including failed deliveries, repeated events and customers who have opted out.
Order updates go live first, reminders follow once delivery rates look healthy, and the team reviews replies and costs with us before anything is widened to further messages.

What buyers ask before they start
If yours is not here, ask us directly. The first conversation is free and useful whether or not we work together.
Book a callYes. Meta's policy requires opt-in before a business sends messages it initiates, and marketing messages need clear consent of their own. We capture the choice at checkout or account creation, store when and where it was given and stop at once when a customer asks. Order updates and marketing are kept as separate choices, since many shoppers want the first and not the second.
Meta's documentation describes charges per delivered template message, at a rate that depends on the template's category and the recipient's country. Replies written freely inside the customer service window are described as free of charge. Rates and categories change, so we estimate from Meta's current rate card and report actual charges per template once you are live.
They can browse product messages and send a basket in markets and setups that Meta supports, and payment options inside the chat vary by country. For most stores the dependable route is a message that links to the product or a prepared basket on your site, where your normal checkout takes over. We confirm what is available for your number before designing around it.
It needs two things from the store, events when an order changes and a way to read order details. Shopify, WooCommerce and most custom stores provide both. Where a platform offers its own WhatsApp channel, we look at that first, since it may cover order updates already. Custom work is justified when you need your own triggers, support lookup or reporting.
The platform reports the reason, such as a number that is not on WhatsApp or a recipient who blocked the business. We record each failure against the order, fall back to email or text for essential updates where you choose, and remove numbers that fail repeatedly. A paused template or a falling quality rating raises an alert before it affects every order.
