Shopify ERP Integration
ONESTOCKFIGURE,EVERYWHERE
We connect your Shopify store to your ERP so products, prices, stock and orders agree in both, with a written field map, one owner for every record and monitoring that reports failures early.
An order should be typed once, by the customer, and every system after that should receive it without anyone copying it across.
Your store and ERP, kept in agreement
- 01Written field map
- 02One stock figure
- 03Monitored sync
Shopify ERP integration moves products, prices, stock levels, orders, fulfilments and refunds between your store and the system that runs purchasing, warehousing and finance. We build it on Shopify's GraphQL Admin API and webhooks on one side and your ERP's interface on the other, with a service in between that maps, validates and queues every record so nothing is lost when either system is busy.
It suits merchants whose order volume has outgrown manual re-keying, who sell from several warehouses or locations, or whose stock is shared between wholesale and retail channels. Inventory is usually the hardest part. We decide with you which system owns the available quantity, how reservations and safety stock are treated and how quickly a warehouse change must reach the storefront to prevent overselling.

What It Looks Like When It Ships
From Kickoff to Launch
We read both systems, list every field that must travel, agree which side owns each record and write the rules for stock, tax, discounts and refunds before any code exists.
The service is developed against a development store and a test copy of the ERP, with realistic orders, partial fulfilments, cancellations and returns replayed until both sides match.
The integration runs beside your current process on live data. Staff compare results, the error queue shows which real cases were missed and the mapping is corrected.
Manual entry stops on an agreed date. We watch queues and delays closely through the first trading peaks, then hand over the runbook, dashboards and alert rules.
Built for Teams Like Yours
What buyers ask before they start
If yours is not here, ask us directly. The first conversation is free and useful whether or not we work together.
Book a callOn the Shopify side, a custom app installed on your store with the Admin API scopes for products, inventory, orders and fulfilment. Some capabilities depend on your Shopify plan, which we check against Shopify's current documentation during scoping. On the ERP side, a licensed integration user or API subscription, plus a test environment. We list every permission in writing before work starts, so your administrators can approve them.
Often, yes. If a maintained connector exists for your ERP and your processes are standard, it is cheaper and quicker than custom engineering, and we will say so. Custom integration earns its cost when you have unusual pricing, several warehouses, bundles, business rules the connector cannot express or volumes at which its limits hurt. We can also extend a connector instead of replacing it.
As quickly as the ERP can report them. Where the ERP emits events, a change reaches Shopify almost immediately. Where it only offers scheduled exports, we agree an interval that matches how fast your stock really moves and add a safety buffer on scarce items. The delay is measured and displayed, so you know the true figure instead of assuming one.
Nothing is lost. Incoming events are stored in a queue the moment they arrive and are processed when the other system returns, in the right sequence. Shopify limits how fast an app may call it, so after a long outage the backlog drains at a controlled pace. Your team can watch its progress, and alerts tell them if it stalls.
Yes. Inventory integration is part of this service, whether stock is held in the ERP, a warehouse management system or a logistics partner's platform. We map each physical site to a Shopify location, decide how reserved, damaged and incoming stock affect the quantity shown for sale and reconcile both sides on a schedule so that small differences are found before they grow.
