Ecommerce PIM Integration
One product record,on every channel
We connect a product information system to your online store, marketplaces and ERP, so descriptions, attributes and images are prepared once and appear correctly everywhere a customer might meet your products.
What we build
01Product data once
02Channels kept current
03ERP data separate
A product described well in one place and badly in three others is a catalogue problem that more effort from the content team will never fix.
One source for every product you publish
- 01Product data once
- 02Channels kept current
- 03ERP data separate
Ecommerce PIM integration places a product information management system between your ERP and your sales channels. The ERP supplies codes, prices and stock. The PIM adds what customers read, such as names, descriptions, attributes, images and translations, and checks that each product is complete. The integration then publishes products to the store, marketplaces and shopping feeds in the shape each one expects, and keeps them current as things change.
It suits businesses with large or fast-changing catalogues, several languages or more than one sales channel, where product content is copied between spreadsheets and systems. A PIM is a product you license or run, and for a small catalogue on one store it may be more than you need. We help you judge that honestly, and where a PIM is right we connect it properly at both ends.

What It Looks Like When It Ships
From Kickoff to Launch
We review your product data, channels and the way content is produced today, and decide with you whether a PIM is justified or the store's own tools would do.
Product families, attributes, allowed values, languages and the fields each channel requires are defined, and ownership of every field is split between the ERP and the PIM.
The feed from the ERP and the publishing to each channel are built and tested with a slice of real products, including variants, bundles and discontinued lines.
Existing content is cleaned and loaded into the PIM, channels are switched over one at a time, and editing in the store is closed once the PIM is the source.
Built for Teams Like Yours
What buyers ask before they start
If yours is not here, ask us directly. The first conversation is free and useful whether or not we work together.
Book a callFor a modest catalogue on a single store in one language, the store's own product tools are usually enough, and we will say so. A PIM pays for itself when you publish to several channels, work in several languages, manage thousands of items or have a team enriching content. The test is how often the same product information is entered in more than one place.
We integrate with whichever PIM you choose, through the interface its vendor documents, and we have no commercial tie to any of them. If you have not chosen, we help you compare candidates against your catalogue, languages, channels and budget, and we advise testing two with your own difficult products before committing, since demonstrations rarely show the awkward cases.
In the ERP, in nearly every case. Prices and stock change constantly and belong to finance and operations, so the ERP sends them straight to the store. The PIM holds the slower-moving information that marketing owns. Keeping those two flows separate avoids the common mistake of routing stock updates through a system built for editing descriptions.
Each marketplace has its own categories, required attributes and image standards, and rejects listings that do not conform. The integration maps your product model to each one and applies completeness rules per channel, so a product is published only where it is ready. Marketplace requirements change, and we treat keeping the mappings current as part of ongoing maintenance.
It is the starting material. We export what exists in the store, spreadsheets and supplier files, clean it against the new attribute model, remove duplicates and load it into the PIM. Gaps are reported per product so your team can fill them in priority order. Content is only switched off in the store once the PIM publishes it correctly.
