Creators found, checked, shortlisted
An agent that helps you choose who to work with.
An agent that helps you choose who to work with. From audience and content data you are authorised to use, it builds a shortlist of creators who fit your brief, shows the evidence for each and flags the signs that an audience may not be what it seems.
Choosing creators is done by scrolling. Someone searches a hashtag, looks at follower counts and picks faces that seem right. Follower counts can be bought, an audience can be in the wrong country, and last year's posts may sit badly next to your brand. The data to check all this exists, but assembling it for fifty candidates is a week of work.
This page describes a workflow we propose to build as a custom project. It does not exist as software yet. It would reuse the sourced research and the criteria evaluation from our demonstrations, where each result names its rule and evidence. Access to creator and audience data, fit analysis and the shortlist format are not built.
What Goes Wrong Without It
Picked by follower count
The biggest account is chosen and its audience is elsewhere.
Audiences that are not real
Sudden follower jumps and comments that say nothing.
The wrong country
A creator's followers are mostly outside the market you sell in.
Past content nobody read
A post from two years ago becomes your problem after the campaign.
No reason on record
Nobody can say why this creator was chosen over that one.
Disclosure forgotten
Sponsored posts go out without the required label.
Six jobs it carries through

- Unusual growth patterns
- Gaps where data is missing
Content fit
Reads what the creator publishes.
- Topics over the past year
- Tone and typical format
- Earlier brand partnerships
- Posts that conflict with your criteria
Evidence-backed shortlist
Presents candidates with reasons.
- Why each fits the brief
- The evidence and its source
- Concerns stated plainly
- A comparable view across candidates
Outreach hand-off
Passes approved names on.
- Only creators your team approved
- Contact routes they publish
- A draft first message for a person to send
- Disclosure requirements noted
Walk One Real Case Through It
Thirty minutes, one case from your own process. We map it against the workflow on this page and tell you plainly what can be reused from our demonstrations and what has to be built for your systems.
One Case, Start to Finish
An example of one case, in 6 steps. The same steps play in the picture at the top of this page.
Brief written
Marketing wants creators in two countries who talk about home fitness to adults over thirty.
Candidates found
The agent gathers candidates from your licensed database and the platform's creator tool.
Audiences checked
Two candidates have most followers outside the target countries and are marked.
Content read
One candidate's recent posts promote a direct competitor.
Shortlist built
Eight creators are listed with their fit, the evidence and any concern.
Team chooses
Your team picks four. The agent prepares draft introductions for a person to send.
What It Reads and Writes
The systems named here are the kind this agent works with. Which ones it connects to in your case is settled in the scope.

A Shortlist With Reasons, From Data You May Use
The agent works from data sources you are authorised to use and records which source each fact came from. Where audience data is unavailable, it says so. It does not estimate it.
It recommends, and your team chooses. It does not contact creators, negotiate or agree terms. Disclosure of paid partnerships is a legal requirement in most markets, and the shortlist notes it.
- Authorised data sources only
- Sources recorded per candidate
- Missing data shown as missing
- Fit judged against your criteria
- No contact with creators
- Disclosure rules noted
What Buyers Ask First
It can show signs that deserve a closer look: sudden growth, engagement out of proportion to size, comments with no substance. It reports those signs with the data. It does not declare an audience fake, because that cannot be proven from outside.
Listening reads conversations to find themes. This agent evaluates specific people against a brief. Listening might reveal which creators your customers already mention, which is a good starting list for discovery.
No. It ends with an approved shortlist and draft introductions. Negotiation, contracts, payment and checking that posts are properly labelled stay with your team or your agency.
Not as software yet. This page describes a proposed workflow. It would reuse the sourced research and the criteria evaluation from our demonstrations, where each result names its rule and evidence. Access to creator and audience data, fit analysis and the shortlist format are not built. A project starts by mapping your process, then proving the first steps on test data before anything touches a live system.
Write the Brief Before the Search
Most poor choices trace back to a brief that was never written. We will turn yours into criteria and show what a shortlist built on them looks like.
