Social Media Management Agent
Planned, drafted, approved, then posted
A social media agent that plans and drafts from your approved material, checks every statement against claims you have evidence for, routes each post through a named approver and schedules only the text that was approved.
A social media agent that plans and drafts from your approved material, checks every statement against claims you have evidence for, routes each post through a named approver and schedules only the text that was approved.
Drafting and scheduling posts is repetitive; deciding what your brand says in public is not. Tools that automate both remove the control that matters.
This agent does the repetitive part and keeps a named person in front of every post. A draft with an unsupported statement cannot be approved, and an approved draft that is edited goes back to review. Today the approval workflow runs in full as a demonstration; publishing is not connected to any platform yet, so nothing has been posted and there are no results to show.
How it differs from related agents: this agent plans, drafts and schedules your own posts under approval. The social listening agent reads what others say about you, and the content repurposing agent turns one approved source into several formats.
Six jobs it carries through
01Content plan
Lays out what goes where and when from your sources.
- One slot per platform per source
- Spread over the dates you choose
- Editable before drafting
- Tied to the source material
02Drafts from sources
Turns approved material into platform-sized drafts.
- Fits each platform's length
- Uses your call to action and tags
- Keeps the source link
- Same source gives the same draft
03Claim checks
Checks statements of fact against claims you approved.
- Flags numbers and superlatives without a claim
- Flags banned phrases
- Lists the claims a draft relies on
- Re-checks after every edit
04Review queue
Holds every draft where reviewers can edit it.
- Edit, request changes or approve
- Every action recorded with who and when
- An edit returns the draft to review
- Preview of length per platform
05Named approval
Lets only named approvers approve.
- A list of approvers per brand
- Approval applies to that exact text
- Scheduling refuses anything else
- A retried request cannot post twice
06Read-only results
Reports results only when the platform returns them.
- Reads, never edits
- States the source of each figure
- Shows "not available" when there is none
- No estimated engagement
How One Request Moves Through
An example of one case, in 6 steps. The same steps play in the picture at the top of this page.
Source chosen
An approved announcement or article is selected.
Plan proposed
The agent lays out one post per platform over the dates you set.
Drafts written
Each draft fits its platform and is checked against your approved claims and banned phrases.
Review and edits
A reviewer edits a draft. The checks run again; an unsupported statistic blocks approval.
Approval
A named approver approves the final text.
Scheduling
Exactly that text is passed to the publisher. Until a platform is connected, the demonstration records it and marks it as not published.
Walk One Real Case Through It
Thirty minutes, one case from your own process. We map it against the workflow on this page and tell you plainly what can be reused from our demonstrations and what has to be built for your systems.
What Goes Wrong Without It
Claims without evidence
A statistic or a superlative slips into a post and nobody can say where it came from.
Edits after approval
The approved text and the published text are not the same text.
One message, four formats
Each platform has its own length and conventions.
Unclear who approved
When something goes wrong, there is no record of who said yes.
Publishing access
Each platform grants posting rights differently, and they change.
Invented results
Engagement numbers appear in reports with no source.
Nothing Is Published Without a Named Yes
Approval belongs to people you name and applies to one exact text. If the text changes, the approval is gone and the draft returns to review. Scheduling refuses anything that is not approved and unchanged.
Statements of fact need an approved claim with its evidence. Results are read from the platform or reported as not available; none are estimated.
- Named approvers only
- Approval tied to the exact text
- Edits return a draft to review
- Unsupported statements block approval
- Publishing behind an authorised adapter
- Results only from the platform

Asked Before the First Call
Your brand guide, the claims you can evidence, who may approve, and authorised access to each platform you want to publish on. Platforms grant publishing rights in different ways and with different requirements, so we connect one at a time, starting with a test page.
You do. The code, the configuration and the accounts it runs under are yours, in your name. Support after launch is agreed with the project: we can keep running and extending it with you, or hand it to your team with documentation.
Running costs come from three places: the language model, which is billed by usage; the channel or provider, which has its own fees; and hosting and monitoring. Some platforms charge for API access or limit it by plan. We estimate these from your real volumes before anything is built, and we do not publish a price list because the figures depend on those volumes.
The approval workflow, complete and working on test data: a plan, drafts, a reviewer adding an unsupported statistic and being blocked, approval by a named approver and scheduling of exactly the approved text. Publishing is not connected to any platform yet, so we cannot show a published post or results, and we will not simulate one.
Start With Your Approval Process
Tell us who approves what today and where posts go out. We will show the workflow, agree the checks your brand needs and plan the first platform connection.
